Cookie Notice
This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies used by the AcqoraGX Service, operated by the company operating AcqoraGX.
1. Summary
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't allow third-party advertising cookies on our pages. Because these cookies are essential, the Service doesn't ask for cookie consent.
2. Cookies we set
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| acqoragx_session | Keeps you signed in. Contains a random token; we store only its hash. | 14 days, or until you sign out | HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, Secure on HTTPS |
| acqoragx_csrf | Protects forms and requests against cross-site request forgery. | Browser session before sign-in; 14 days after sign-in | SameSite=Lax, Secure on HTTPS; readable by our pages so they can send it back |
Earlier versions of the Service used the names ds_session and ds_csrf for the same two cookies. If your browser still has them, the Service replaces them with the names above the next time you visit; nothing else changes.
3. Local storage in the app
The AcqoraGX app also stores some information in your browser's local storage on your device. It isn't sent to us automatically and isn't used for tracking.
| Key | Purpose |
|---|---|
| acqoragx.v1 | A local copy of your Workspace data and settings so the app loads quickly and keeps working through brief connection drops. It can include contact records, so sign out and clear site data on shared computers. |
| acqoragx.agentPhone | The phone number you chose to ring for bridge calls. |
| acqoragx.localAI | Settings for an AI model running on your own computer, if you use one. |
Earlier versions of the app used the keys dealsheets.v1, ds.agentPhone and ds.localAI. The app moves their contents to the keys above and deletes the old keys.
4. Third-party resources
- Fonts and libraries. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and, inside the app, open-source libraries from public content delivery networks (cdnjs and unpkg). These providers receive your IP address and browser information when your browser downloads those files. We don't set cookies for them.
- Payments and identity. Checkout, the billing portal and identity verification open pages hosted by Stripe, which sets its own cookies on its own domains for security and fraud prevention under its own policies.
- In-browser calling. When you make calls in the browser using Twilio, the Twilio Voice SDK connects your browser to Twilio.
5. Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but you won't be able to sign in without them. You can clear local storage by clearing site data for this website in your browser. See our Privacy Policy for more about how we handle personal information. Questions: [LEGAL_CONTACT_EMAIL not set].
